The Regulatory Affairs Director is responsible for leading the Regulatory function for the Global Specialty Solutions business, encompassing the GSS market segments in North America (US and Canada): US Professional (Golf, Turf, Pest and Nursery Greenhouse), Global Environmental Management (Vector, Animal Hygiene and Industrial Vegetation Management) and Consumer. They also provide regulatory direction, coordination and support to the global non-crop business, focused on key target countries. The position develops and leads the execution of the regulatory strategy, defense of existing chemistries, and submission of registrations.
In this position, the successful candidate will support the daily operations of the screening facility as well as design innovative solutions for new processes. The work is a combination of office and lab work.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide Operations Finance support to Agricultural Solutions North America Regional Operations. The support will include reviewing operating budgets and monthly forecasts at the site and regional level. Additionally, the position will include preparing materials for Regional cost reviews and providing explanations as necessary. As a senior analyst you will be the direct contact for complex F/P (Formulation & Packaging) sites as well as oversee the work of fellow analysts.
This position will primarily provide support to our environmental and litigation management group but will also participate in projects for other attorneys in the Legal Department. The position handles various substantive areas of law relating to Environmental, Corporate and Commercial matters and requires knowledge of litigation procedures including preparing responses to requests for discovery involving large document productions.
