Once all panelists are confirmed, WIA will introduce the full group via email. WIA will also coordinate one to two preparatory calls in July and/or August to help each panel align on the discussion focus and key questions. Moderators will be asked to lead these calls, guiding the group toward consensus on the topics to cover.
By September 8, moderators should submit a finalized list of panel questions to WIA staff and their panelists. In preparation, moderators are expected to gather background information on each panelist and create a structured plan for the session—outlining the question flow, assigning questions to individual panelists, and determining the overall order of discussion.
Presentation Formatting

-
File Type: Submit your slides as .ppt or .pptx file. We've experienced compatibility issues with other formats (including PDF, Keynote, and Google Slides), so please avoid using those.
