WIA Leadership Awards
The WIA Leadership Awards, making their debut in 2026, are the only independently judged, discipline-specific recognitions in agriculture built for the executives, investors, technologists, and advisors leading the sector's future. Together, they form a complete picture of women's contribution to agriculture — from a career of exceptional achievement to the leaders defining what agriculture becomes next.
Nominations close August 1, 2026.
Recipients must be available to attend the 2026 WIA Summit, September 22–24 in New Orleans, to receive their award.
