In honor of the International Year of the Woman Farmer, Women in Agribusiness, in partnership with the American Farm Bureau Federation, is expanding their annual Demeter Award to include a female farmer category. Nominations are now being accepted through June 22.

The American Soybean Association, the U.S. Soybean Export Council, and the World Initiative for Soy in Human Health will jointly invest $14 million to help global buyers better understand and choose U.S. soy products.
Global feed production increased by nearly 3% in 2025, according to Alltech’s annual survey of 38,837 feed mills in 142 countries. The results were included in Alltech’s 2026 Agri-Food Outlook, which was released on April 21. The survey found that global feed production reached an estimated 1.44 billion tonnes, representing an increase of more than 40 million tonnes compared with 2024.
